Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your scrubs.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
